4. Bookings & Reservations

- Availability — all bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
- Confirmation — a booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Until then, your booking remains pending.
- Accurate details — you are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including dates, guest counts, and any special requests. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information you provide.
- Currency — all prices on our Site are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR).
- Modifications — if you need to modify a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed at the time of checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur.
- Payment processing — payments are securely processed through Viva. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers.
- Payment timing — full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for the particular service.
- Pricing errors — we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after a booking has been confirmed. In such cases, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
- Additional charges — certain experiences may incur additional charges for optional extras, which will be clearly communicated before you commit.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation — bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellation — bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows — failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
- Refund processing — approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Cancellation by us — in the rare event that we must cancel a booking (e.g. due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Guest Responsibilities
When participating in any experience, dining, spa treatment, cruise, or transfer booked through our Site, you agree to:
- Comply with all hotel policies, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by our staff or third-party operators.
- Present valid identification when required.
- Treat hotel property, staff, and fellow guests with respect.
- Arrive at the designated time and location for your booking.
- Disclose any health conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that may be relevant to your booking.
You are liable for any damage to hotel property, equipment, or facilities caused by your actions or negligence during your stay or participation in activities.
8. Intellectual Property
