Lanterns come on along the stone. The lygaria throws its last light across the ceiling. You're stretched out on a low bed of cushions with a cocktail within reach, the cave rock still warm on one side, the caldera going dark on the other — and the film you chose starts.

The menu comes in courses, made to be eaten with your hands and in low light. Pizza from the coals. Tapas to pull apart. Black Angus mini burgers. Ice cream or sorbet to finish. Two drinks are yours from the first frame to the credits.
