We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for seven days, and every single moment exceeded our expectations. The rooms are absolutely stunning, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and the hotel’s restaurant, AKAU, is simply outstanding. Every meal was exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible team. A heartfelt thank you to Hamza, Andonis, Tanasis, and Rania, Eddy etc… who made our stay unforgettable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention to every detail. We would also like to thank the entire team—from the spa staff and the reception team to the technical and maintenance staff, housekeeping, the restaurant team, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every single person was welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always ready to help. It is rare to experience such consistently outstanding service throughout an entire week. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and it truly made all the difference. We recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation and cannot wait to return.
